Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within fourteen (14) days of placing your order or seven (7) days after receiving your package, which ever is longer. 


To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are automatically granted in the case of wrong items received. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@twoinoneshoulderpads.com If your return is accepted, you will have to return the product at your own cost.

*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

2in1 reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the returned product. All returned product MUST be returned in its original packaging (including plastic bags) or additional packaging material to prevent damage during shipment. Any product damaged in transit will not be accepted, and will be returned-to-sender with no refund or credit issued.


Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All items are under warranty of breakage not due to misuse. 

 

Exchanges/Returns 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to 1. Contact Us, 2. Return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will send out a new one. 

Product being returned for size exchange or warranty review will not have a restocking fee applied, while all other RETURNED products being returned for credit will incur a 20% restocking fee.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
