SHIPPING FAQs
I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
All orders placed before 12pm EST will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST will ship the next business day.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Average shipping time is 1-4 business days. Our shipping facility is located in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. However, there may be delays due to natural disasters, holidays, or weather. While most packages arrive on time, we do not guarantee exact delivery dates as shipping delays are outside of our control. Please understand that USPS and UPS times are estimated.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes, we provide tracking for every order. Once your product has shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking information. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder and unblock us to receive future emails.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order without penalty as long as it hasn’t been shipped. To do so, send us an email at info@twoinoneshoulderpads.com with the subject line "CANCEL." If your order has already shipped, please contact us to discuss the return process.
I ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you’ve misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we can correct it. If the item has already shipped, unfortunately, we may not be able to change the address.
AM I REQUIRED TO PAY IMPORT TAX?
Import taxes may be charged by the shipping company depending on your country’s import rules. Customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We pack every item with care, but if your product arrives damaged due to mishandling during shipping, please contact us with the following:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
We will assist you in resolving the issue.

ARE PRE-ORDERS INCLUDED IN SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES?
No, the estimated shipping times provided are for in-stock items only. Pre-order items may have different delivery schedules. Please refer to the product page for estimated delivery dates on pre-orders.
