At 2in1, we’re committed to providing high-quality products you can trust. That’s why all our products come with a 2-year replacement warranty to ensure your gear performs at its best.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe you have a valid warranty claim, simply provide proof of purchase from your dealer, and we’ll handle the rest with our manufacturer, Meyer Marketing GmbH. They’ll review your claim and decide whether to replace parts or the whole product. Please note that normal wear and tear, such as light scrapes or minor rips that don’t affect the safety of the product, are not covered under warranty.

2in1 Warranty Details

We stand behind the quality of our products. Our shoulder pads come with a 2-year warranty from the date of shipment, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

If your shoulder pad shell or liner fails during normal use due to a material defect, follow these steps:

  1. Notify Us: Email us with a completed warranty authorization.
  2. Return the Product: Once approved, return the defective item to our repair center with freight prepaid by you. Only return the faulty unit (ex: for shells, do not send vests or backplates).
  3. Repair or Replace: We’ll either repair or replace the item at our discretion and ship it back to you at no cost. Warranty replacements may take 2-3 weeks if repairs are needed.

Important:

  • Under no circumstances will a warranty replacement be sent before the original product is returned to our warehouse.
  • All replacement shells/vest will be sent with free basic shipping. If you need expedited shipping, please contact customer service, and we’ll provide pricing for the additional shipping cost.

Please note: Any duties, tariffs, or insurance related to shipping the product back to us are the customer’s responsibility. If an item is returned without prior approval, the warranty is void, and the product will only be returned to you at your expense.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage from improper care, unauthorized modifications, misuse, or accidents.
  • Repairs or changes that alter the shoulder pad (like removing warning labels or painting).
  • Use of unapproved replacement parts.
  • Replacement Parts
  • Attaching unapproved gadgets or materials to the shoulder pad.
  • Damage caused by storing the shoulder pad in non-climate-controlled environments.

We reserve the right to void the warranty if we determine the pad has suffered damage outside of normal wear and tear.
