Return and Refund Policy
At 2in1 Shoulder Pads, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our updated return, exchange, and refund policy below.
Return Requests and Claims
All return requests, claims of mis-shipments, shortages, or defective workmanship must be made within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@twoinoneshoulderpads.com and complete our Return Authorization Form. You can also find the form [here]. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, and returns must be sent to the address provided on your packing slip.
Within one week of receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they are new and unused. Upon successful inspection, we will issue a refund, minus any applicable restocking fees. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for a different size, follow these steps for the fastest processing:
- Contact us via email and fill out the Return/Exchange Form.
- Email the completed exchange form back to us.
- Return the item to the address listed on the packing slip. Once we accept the return and receive your tracking number (please note that return labels are not provided), we will ship out the new item.
- Free Basic Shipping: We offer free basic shipping on all exchanges.
- Expedited Shipping: If you need expedited shipping, contact us via email, and we will provide the additional cost details.
Please allow up to 7 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse for inspection and shipping of the new item. For faster turnaround, contact customer support, though no guarantees can be made.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee will apply to certain returns that are not due to a manufacturer’s defect. These fees are as follows:
- Youth Shoulder Pad Sets: $15.00
- Youth Shells or Vests: $10.00
- Adult Carbon Shoulder Pad Sets: $60.00
- Adult Poly Sets: $30.00
- Adult Vests: $20.00
- Adult Poly Shells: $20.00
- Adult Carbon Shells: $50.00
- Back Plates: No restocking fee
*Restocking fees do not apply to exchanges
Return Shipping Labels
Return shipping labels are only provided if the package arrives damaged or if the incorrect item was shipped.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase. Returns are automatically granted if the wrong item was received.
No Returns or Refunds
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used are not eligible for return or refund.
- No exceptions will be made.
Return Conditions
Returns on eligible items will not be accepted if any of the following conditions are not met:
- The return is initiated more than 30 days after receipt of the shipment.
- The return is made without the proper Return Authorization Form or a valid return authorization code.
Please note that products damaged during return transit or lost in transit are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Any product damaged in transit to our facility will be returned to the sender with no refund or credit issued.
